Almost in that location!

The app works pretty well, I can see balances that I normally tin't encounter on the Safelink website. Nonetheless, when app restarts, I am prompted to sign dorsum in every time the app is restarted. Tin can y'all please add an option to stay signed in or at to the lowest degree have Face up ID/Bear on ID authentication?

Links don't work

Somehow, I ended up finding the FAQ department (no minor feat, and they don't even have that on their website!). I was trying to effigy out why I haven't been getting my minutes and my end date keeps changing. The final time I spoke westward customer Svc, they said I am supposed to get my minutes on the first of the calendar month. But my end date is the 11th? Doesn't brand sense and the end date changes before I ever get there.
Then I downloaded this app to try and figure it out. FAQ: What do I practice if I didn't receive my minutes? "Click Hither for instructions." Cipher happens when I click "Here". Aforementioned thing happens for all the different links; None of them work!

Not to mention, I can't understand them and they can't understand me. You are existence paid for the service nosotros are supposed to be getting, and then please give us some GOOD service!

Nonfunctional

Seriously, you cannot even log into this application. I have been on the site, they accept my account and all information (the site is it's own hassle even trying to update personal information. Submission links non functional and the app takes it to a whole other level. Try to sign in with your telephone number and taken you a blank screen where information technology just has a <Back link in the corner ad the rest of the screen remains white except for some statement well-nigh California residents (I'thou east coast.) Do non even bother downloading this app if you hope to get into your account when view any balances or anything at all truthfully. I gave it 1 star considering you can't give 0.
